Malicious actors leverage public interest during natural disasters and other high profile events in order to conduct financial fraud and disseminate malware. This MS-ISAC Cyber Intel Advisory contains previous observations and recommendations to assist users and technical administrators in guarding against the persistent malicious actions of cyber criminals.
